New Email Address for Nexus Service Manager Support

We're streamlining our communication channels to better serve you! Our email address for support has changed.

All future support inquiries should be directed to: support@nexusservicemanager.com.au

This new email address will ensure your requests reach the appropriate team promptly. We kindly ask that you update your records with this new address.


Upcoming scheduled network maintenance

We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance window scheduled as part of our end-of-year operational tasks. This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability, performance, and security of our services.

Maintenance Details:


Date: Tuesday, 10th December 2024
Time: 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM AEDT

During this maintenance window, there may be intermittent service disruptions affecting customer services. Any disruption is expected to last for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Our team will work diligently to minimise the impact on your services and ensure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible.


New Zealand Support

We're happy to announce that Nexus Service Manager now officially supports New Zealand! After many years of turning away prospective Kiwi clients, we've finally expanded our services to include full support for New Zealand suburbs, cities, and the tax system. This expansion reflects our commitment to serving a broader customer base and offering a truly global solution. Welcome aboard, New Zealand!


Slight SMS Price Adjustment

Please note a small change to our SMS messaging pricing. Effective January 1st, 2025, the price per SMS will decrease from 11 cents to 10 cents. This small reduction reflects our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible value for our customers.
